Especially compared to Thursday’s post, which perhaps put me in the lead for the Worst Gardener of the Year award, this one makes me feel surprised and hopeful. It also reminds me of the power of friendship and collaboration, as this small primrose was a gift from a colleague. Today’s Picture Fall challenge was to share the beauty we can find even in this season of retreat and renewal.
I love how bright and fresh this flower appears amidst the darker, richer colors that surround it. And perhaps even more than the blossom itself, I adore the bud, the embodiment of potential. What surprises have you found hiding around your house? Your heart?
ohh this picture is almost as pretty as th eones of us on Friday eating ice cream & readin gour stories.(: I can’t wait to see those on here!(:

I love this picture! Its very beautiful it makes me think that fall has some of the most amazing sights i love this picture like i love my family. I also feel that this is one of the most amazing pictures i have ever seen. When the winter comes we will no longer have these beautiful colors. The world will just be whites and browns and there will be no more pinks and greens.
