for a healthier holiday, we did what we could to enjoy a little Luck o’ the Irish!

For sure!!! Remind me to show the Rudolph pancakes we whipped up for Christmas! ๐ Mr. Cornwell has a thing for pancakes…he made them for breakfast pretty much every day his entire sophomore and junior year in high school…so I’m told! ๐
