I’m so happy to hear that a few of you dedicated writers are out there, planning to participate again in this year’s Slice of Life Story Challenge! I’ll be honest, I’m both in desperate need of this challenge and also a bit nervous as I feel like my posts will be sporadic and/or very short due to what feels like a shortage of time!
In any case, I figure we will do what we can I look forward to following your progress! If you know of other past slicers who are participating, encourage them to link up too so we can all share the slicing love! 🙂
Please copy the permalink from you blog post for today and paste it in the comments below. Be sure to check for comments on your posts and remember that repaying comments and connecting with other writers is the best way to build yourself a writing community. I will be sharing this post on Two Writing Teachers call for Classroom Challenge posts sometime today.
You’re welcome to go there as well and find other blogs to read and comment on. Be sure to pay attention to what age the students are so that you are able to offer appropriate feedback. Unless a blogger has asked for criticism, you should give positive and specific feedback.
Invitation:
If you are returning to this challenge, write about what you love (and/or hate) about it!
OR
Write about the weather today! Last year, we had a SNOW DAY on March 1st and this year, it’s thunderstorms!
